I’ve been waiting for this wedding since last summer when I photographed Kim and Chris engagement session in Troy. See it here. I knew I’d love these two from the second we “met” over Skype and discussed the concept for their e-session. They planned to bring their sweet dog Sky and they had a vision for a gritty downtown session near to their Revolution Hall wedding venue.. These guys were down for anything from the jump, but at the close of their shoot as the sky began to change a million brilliant colors, they hopped into the fountain and played around like kids. Does it get any better than that? Heck no!
Their wedding day perfectly encapsulated everything about their relationship. It was fun, easy-going, but most of all, it was full of love. The tender moments that I got to witness between Kim and Chris truly brought tears to my eyes. From their passionate first look, to the letters they tearfully exchanged before their ceremony, to the way their held each other tight during the first dance – their love is a sight to behold.
I truly believe part of the reason Kim and Chris were able to relax so easily into their day was because they knew every detail was in the safe hands of their wedding planner Taia Younis and her staff at Inspired Occasions; Carrie Harkin and her awesome staff at Revolution Hall; and, of course, DJ Patrick Bergeron of Metro Music, who had Kim and Chris up and dancing and enjoying their party until the very last song.

I wish Kim and Chris nothing but endless happiness in life – they’re an awesome pair and no one deserves more!
