Newborn Photography, Albany NY | Noah James

I can’t believe how lucky I am sometimes.  And this is most certainly one of those times.

I had the pleasure of meeting Caitlin and Andrew back in 2016 when we sat down over a beer at Albany Ale and Oyster to chat about the possibility of me shooting their wedding day.  I liked them instantly and I remember leaving that meeting hoping they’d choose me because I simply didn’t want to miss out on the chance to watch the two of them seal the deal.  Lo and behold, they did select me and I’m so grateful they did because it’s been a true joy getting to know them over the years.  I shot their engagement photos in 2016, their wedding photos in 2017, and in the past two months I have had the pleasure of shooting their maternity photos (see them here), and some of these early precious moments in their newborn baby’s life.

Although this shoot gave me some serious baby fever vibes, and I actually avoided holding baby Noah because I was severely concerned that if I did, I would just carry him out the door with me (I kid – I don’t make it a common practice to steal other people’s children.  But, I mean… he is just so steal-able!), I loved every second of it.  Noah was just so sweet and snuggly and sleepy and he looks so good in Caitlin and Andrew’s arms.
