Amy and Matt’s National Museum of Dance wedding was simply stunning right down to the tiniest details – from the amazing florals, to the guys’ adorable socks, to the gorgoeus stationery. But I have to say that my absolute favorite visual component of the day was the bridesmaids dresses. As you scroll through these images, you just have to pay careful attention to them, as each one was painstakingly hand-measured and made with love by Amy’s mom, Carol. My mind is still blown!
I anticipated this day for a long time. See, I’ve known Amy and Matt since I shot Amy’s sister Nikki’s wedding in 2014, but I had the privilige to get to know them even better when I shot their engagement last fall (see it here!). Learning the story of how their love grew out of a strong friendship that they’d built over time only made me even more excited to document each moment of their love story as it came full circle.
