On Sunday, I attended the Jewish Food Festival at Congregation Gates of Heaven in Schenectady. Not only did I get to photograph and sample all the delicious foods prepared by the many local restaurants and establishments that participated, but I also met some incredibly interesting and inspired folks. All were deeply passionate about what they do – a great reminder that the best way to make a living is by doing what you love.
I am so glad I got to do all the things I love at the food fest: eat, photograph, and converse with some cool people. I also enjoyed the added perk of viewing the congregation’s gorgeous cherry trees in full bloom. What a sight to behold!
